CAUTION:
If you do not get a message saying that "NNN
(number) files unzipped successfully" at the completion of the
unzip process, please email or call us for assistance.
If WinZip generates a message that it is unable to create
the output file, it means that a copy of REC-TEC is currently running.
It may be necessary to restart your computer to terminate the running copy.
If REC-TEC generates "Error 339: Component 'AResize.ocx'
or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or
invalid" locate and click on SentinelV.exe
in the RECTEC folder. This will register the file.
Error "...not a valid Win32 application" occurs when you open a downloaded file.
99.9% of the time this error is a result of a dial-up connection corrupting the file. When the download takes a VERY long time, the file gets corrupted and is not recognized as a Win32 application. If you have dial-up, either go to a computer with broadband to download, save and copy the file to a jump drive or CD/DVD or ask us for a CD. Either this or you have a Virus.
To show common file types: In My Computer select the specific drive (C:)
